Our Mission

Breaking the silence around mental health.

Suicide is preventable. Our initiative trains counsellors, runs free mental-health helplines, partners with schools and colleges, and creates safe spaces where people in crisis can be heard, understood and supported — without judgement.

What We Do

How we save lives

A multi-layered response built around prevention, intervention and post-crisis healing.

24/7 Helpline

A free, confidential phone line staffed by trained listeners offering emotional first-aid at any hour of day or night.

Counselling Support

One-on-one and group counselling sessions, both in-person and online, with qualified mental-health professionals.

School & College Outreach

Awareness sessions, peer-support training and life-skills workshops for students and teachers across institutions.

Gatekeeper Training

Equipping teachers, parents, ASHA workers and community leaders to recognise warning signs and respond safely.

Survivor & Family Care

Support groups and bereavement counselling for those who have lost loved ones or survived an attempt.

Awareness Campaigns

Community drives, media campaigns and storytelling that break stigma and encourage seeking help early.

Our Approach

From first call to long-term healing

A four-step journey designed around safety, dignity and continuity of care.

01
Reach Out

Anyone in distress can call our 24/7 helpline or walk into a partner centre, anonymously and free.

02
Listen & Assess

Trained counsellors offer emotional first-aid and assess immediate risk with empathy.

03
Stabilise & Refer

We connect callers to therapists, psychiatrists or local responders for follow-up care.

04
Walk With Them

Long-term support groups, family counselling and check-ins until the person is steady.
