Our Mission

Dignified work, in the place they call home.

Migration shouldn't be the only path out of poverty. Our livelihood programs strengthen what already exists in our villages — farming, crafts, dairy, small trades — and add the skills, capital and markets needed to make them thrive.

What We Do

Pathways out of poverty

Practical, locally-rooted programs that unlock income, dignity and resilience.

Vocational Training

Hands-on courses in tailoring, electrical, carpentry, beautician, mobile repair and more — with placement support.

Sustainable Agriculture

Training in organic farming, kitchen gardens, drip irrigation and climate-resilient crops for small farmers.

Micro-Enterprise Support

Seed capital, business mentoring and accounting help so small ideas can grow into stable enterprises.

Self-Help Groups

Federated SHGs that pool savings, access credit and negotiate fair prices for inputs and produce.

Artisan & Craft Revival

Design support, quality upgrades and digital marketplaces for traditional artisans and weavers.

Market Linkages

Connecting producers to fair buyers, exhibitions and online platforms so more value reaches the maker.

Our Approach

From skill to sustainable income

A proven four-step model that turns potential into livelihoods.

01
Assess

Identify household strengths, local demand and the skills already present in the community.

02
Train

Hands-on training, tools and starter kits delivered through residential and weekend programs.

03
Capitalise

Seed funds, SHG credit and subsidy linkages to launch the first months of operation.

04
Connect

Market access through fairs, online platforms and bulk buyer partnerships.
